The testing and filling unit is used to test and regulate the pre-filling pressure of bladder, piston and diaphragm accumulators. The device is suitable for all commercially available accumulators. Before each test or gas filling pressure change, the accumulator must be relieved of pressure on the liquid side. The gas filling pressure can be checked or reduced without connecting a gas bottle. When increasing the gas filling pressure, sufficient nitrogen bottles with the appropriate pressure must be available. The relevant safety regulations must be observed.
